This diet is low-calorie, the daily norm of calories varies from 415 to 1500, and the exact quantity depends upon the number of kilos you want to lose and other peculiarities.
Dietarians recommend eating one of three pre-packaged meals of Cambridge Diet or mixing them and don’t forget to add usual food for losing weight. These meals include soups, shakes, and nutritive bars. All this staff suppresses the feeling of hunger, but at the same time it contains necessary vitamins and mineral substances.
